Sc(Math) from University of Bihar, Muzaffarpur in 1971. He is son of Braj Bhushan Labh. Freedom Fighter & Ex. Asstt. Director, Public Relations Deptt., Govt. Of Bihar & Grandson of Late Tripti Narayan Thakkur.
